TO THE GOVERNMENT OF MALAYSIA 
Tan Sri Dr. Ali bin Hamsa is the Chief Secretary to the Government of Malaysia and began his career in the Administrative and Diplomatic Service in 1981 as an Assistant Director at the Ministry of Trade and Industry. In April 2009, Dr. Ali was appointed as the first Director-General of the Public Private Partnership Unit at the Prime Minister’s Department, a new central agency created to spearhead Public-Private Partnership (PPP) initiatives. Dr. Ali also actively participates in the corridor development in Malaysia as a Board Member of the various corridor development authorities. He is the co-author of two books, namely “Dasar-Dasar Utama Kerajaan” (Core Government Policies) (1997) and “Malaysia Kita” (Our Malaysia) (1998). Dr. Ali holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from University of Malaya, a Masters in Economics and a Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences and Economics, both from Oklahoma State University.

Dato’ Mohd Nur has been involved in the Malaysian public transportation industry since 2008 and some of his many achievements during his time as CEO of Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) include successfully launching four Go-KL City Bus routes in Kuala Lumpur, building Malaysia’s first Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) and developing the National Land Public Transport (LPT) Masterplan which helped set the vision of direction for the public transportation industry in Malaysia. He also led the initial efforts in developing the concept for the MRT project up to its successful launch. Dato’ Mohd Nur holds a Master of Business Administration Degree in Strategy, Finance and Marketing from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University in Illinois. He also has a Degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and Decision Sciences from the University of Denver in Colorado.
Tan Sri Dr Mohd Irwan Serigar bin Abdullah

Dr. Mohd is the Secretary General of Treasury, Ministry of Finance (MOF). He began his career with the Government when he was appointed to the Malaysian Administrative and Diplomatic Service (PTD) as Assistant Director for the Regional Economics Division Economic Planning Unit in 1984. Throughout the years, Dr. Mohd was involved in the preparation of the Action Plan of the First Industrial Master Plan and was the leading Financial Negotiator in Putrajaya Development, Gas Cooling System, Sewerage and Waste Disposal Projects. In 1998, he was promoted to Senior Assistant Director for the Energy Division of Economic Planning Unit and helped to establish the Energy Committee. Dr. Mohd has a PhD in Economics from International Islamic University in Kuala Lumpur. 
Dato' Sri Dr. Mohmad Isa bin Hussain
DEPUTY SECRETARY-GENERAL (INVESTMENT),
MINISTRY OF FINANCE
Dr. Mohmad is the Deputy Secretary General of Treasury (Investment), Ministry of Finance (MOF). Dr. Mohmad started his career with the Malaysian Government as Assistant Director in the Implementation Coordination Unit at the Prime Minister’s Department. In 1995, he held the position of Senior Assistant Director in the Budget Division under MOF. Dr. Mohmad is also Board of Director for various companies including Telekom Malaysia, Garuda Suci Sdn. Bhd, Mass Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn. Bhd. and Malaysian Venture Capital Development Council to name a few. He has both an MBA and PhD in Finance from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and Universiti Putra Malaysia, respectively. 
Datuk Seri Rahamat Bivi binti Yusoff
DIRECTOR GENERAL,
ECONOMICS PLANNING UNIT IN THE PRIME MINISTER’S DEPARTMENT
Datuk Seri Dr. Rahamat is the Director-General of the Economic Planning Unit (EPU) in the Prime Minister’s Department. She has spent more than 30 years in Malaysia’s civil service, including senior roles in the Ministry of Finance (MOF), Energy Commission, and Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara (INTAN). Apart from membership of the Commission, Datuk Seri Dr. Rahamat is also a member of the Board of Directors of a range of civil service agencies including the Malaysia-Thailand Joint Authority (MTJA), Federal Land Development Authority (FELDA), and MASS Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (MRT Corp) as well as a council member of several economic and development authorities. She holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences from Universiti Sains Malaysia and a Master’s in Economics from the Western Michigan University, as well as a conferred PhD from the Australian National University.
Datuk Seri Hj. Saripuddin bin Hj. Kasim

Datuk Seri Hj. Saripuddin is the Secretary General of the Ministry of Transport. He was appointed as a Diplomatic Administrative Officer for the civil service in 1984. Over the years, Datuk Seri Hj. Saripuddin has held many titles including General Director of Legal Affairs at the Prime Minister’s Office in 2010, Secretary General of the Ministry of Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism in 2011 and Secretary General of the Ministry of Human Resources in 2014. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s in Business Administration from University of Malaya and University of Hartford, respectively. 
Dato' Ahmad Husni bin Hussain

Dato’ Ahmad Husni is the Director General of the Public Private Partnership Unit. He started as an Administrative and Diplomatic Service (PTD) and was heavily involved in the economic and development planning. Over the years, Dato’ Ahmad Husni has represented Malaysia in many overseas conferences, some of them being the Roundtable Discussion on “Are Public Private Partnerships Workable in the Context of Low Institutional Capacity’, Commonwealth Secretariat in London and the International Conference on Meeting Challenges through Better Governance and Management towards Sustainable PPP in Seoul, South Korea. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Housing, Building and Planning and Master’s in Urban Planning from Universiti Sains Malaysia and the University of Michigan, respectively.

Dato’ Seri Ir. Mohamad is the Chief Executive Officer of A.T.E.S Sdn. Bhd. He started his career as a Building Engineer with the Public Works Department in Negeri Sembilan. In 1992, he took on the role as Deputy Director of the Public Works Department in Perak and in 2000, he became Director of the City Development Department at Putrajaya Corporation. He has a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Southampton and a Master’s in Engineering from University of Birmingham. 
Dato' Sri Shahril Mokhtar

Dato’ Sri Sharil is the Chief Executive Officer of MRT Corp. He started his career with Maybank Group and eventually moved to PricewaterhouseCoopers Malaysia and British America Tobacco (M) Berhad. In 2010, he became the Group Managing Director for Prasarana Malaysia Berhad where he led the Prasarana Group Business Turnaround Plan (Go Forward Plan 1.0, 2011-2012) and Business Transformation Plan (Go Forward Plan 2.0, 2013-2017), spearheaded the Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) concept that led to the improvement of the Group’s ancillary revenue and led Prasarana into international foray by clinching a consultancy job for Makkah Metro. Dato’ Sri Sharil has a Bachelor’s in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of Missouri, as well as a Degree in Master of Management from the University of Malaya.
